Our vinyl pavilions are made with a #1 treated southern yellow pine and covered in high-quality vinyl. Our posts are made with a heavy-duty 6 x 6, inserted into a maintenance-free vinyl sleeve. Each post has a powder-coated bracket at the base to attach it to concrete, a patio, or a deck, and a post shirt for a finished look. The enhanced arch braces and the stability needed to resist the high winds. Our decorative post trims cover all the connections for a clean appearance. Engineered headers are built with 4-ply 2 x 8’s to span up to 16′ long without sagging. The roof is engineered with double main rafters for structural integrity. We use beautiful 1 x 6 tongue and groove boards for the ceiling, and stained mahogany for a rich appearance. The roof is covered with architectural asphalt shingles. Our pavilions are engineered to withstand 140 mph winds and 45 pounds per square foot snow loads. All this is standard on our pavilions and is ready to assemble for your next event. It comes standard in white vinyl but is available in ivory or clay. Many other options are available including round columns and more.
